bringing lessons and classes directly to
families, preschools, schools, and community spaces.
Founder, Barbara Bonner is a teacher with over 20 years of experience
in music and arts education with degrees in both studio art and music.
Bonner Studios offers on-site group music classes, private piano, and ukulele lessons
as well as original art-and-music camps like Mozart to Monet, and expressive arts workshops for adults through Uncorked. (Coming Soon!)
Every class and workshop is built on the belief that creativity isn't just for children...
it's a lifelong practice of play, exploration, and self-discovery.
Mission
Bonner Studios brings Orff influenced music instruction, artist-inspired visual art experiences, and expressive arts workshops directly to the Decatur community, through in-home lessons, on-site classes, camps, and workshops. The goal: building confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong relationship with creative expression, at every age.
Vision
Every person deserves hands-on encounters with music and art, not as extras, but as essential ways of making sense of the world. Bonner Studios envisions a community where creativity is treated as a foundational skill, where people feel safe to experiment, and where art-making is process over perfection.
